Online Email

The University has implemented a Web and Email server. If you are familiar with the new system click HERE to access your email through the Outlook Web Access (OWA) website.

INSTRUCTIONS

Windows XP

Upon accessing the Outlook Web Access (OWA) website you will be required to provide login information. A window similar to below will appear. You must provide two pieces of information:

  1. Your username: This is a combination of the word "USA\" and your email address preceeding the "@" symbol. In example - If your email address is someone@usa.edu then you would use "USA\someone" as your username.
  2. Your password: If you do not know your password then contact Bruce or David at (904) 826-0084.

Windows 98, ME, 2000

Upon accessing the Outlook Web Access (OWA) website you will be required to provide login information. A window similar to below will appear. You must provide three pieces of information:

  1. Your username - This is the name preceeding the "@" symbol in your email address. In example, if your email address was someone@usa.edu then your username would be "someone".
  2. Password. You should know your password. If not contact Bruce Barnes or David Douglas at (904) 826-0084.
  3. Domain. Enter "USA".
