Specific rental listings are regularly received from various real estate offices, condominium complexes, and private landlords. Options include one, two, and three bedroom apartments, condos and homes, as well as available roommate situations. Choices exist to suit all needs--students can opt for furnished or unfurnished spaces, and locations near the university, beach, or downtown. Some rentals include utilities, other amenities like pools and lawn care, and some are even pet-friendly.

Housing costs range as follows* according to January 2007 listings:

Roommates Wanted: $350-550 / month
One Bedroom: $500-1000 / month
Two Bedrooms: $625-1050 / month
Three Bedrooms: $950-1800 / month

*The ranges are intended merely as a guide. Lesser and greater cost units may also be available. Specifics differ from listing to listing (ie. furnished vs. unfurnished, utilities included or not, amenities and other particulars, e.g., smoking vs. non-smoking, pets allowed, etc.).
