Application for International Admission

At present, the entry-level Physical Therapy and the entry-level Occupational Therapy programs are approved by the Immigration and Naturalization Service to admit international students who require a student visa. Non-US citizens may participate in all other degree programs if a student visa is not required for attendance. The following must be submitted prior to issuance of the I-20:

  • Application for Admission form (signed by the applicant)
  • $50.00 application fee
  • An official transcript must be submitted from each college or university previously attended. An official transcript is one sent directly to the Enrollment Services Office by the Registrar of the issuing institution or one forwarded in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution. If the applicant completed his or her education in a foreign country, the applicant must submit an original copy of an evaluation from a recognized agency that provides documentation regarding the student’s previous educational experiences. For admission to graduate study, the evaluation must indicate previous education at the level of a baccalaureate degree earned at an accredited college or university in the United States.
