Jon Warren Jon Warren is a New Zealand trained Physiotherapist, graduating from the Otago Physiotherapy School in Dunedin. He received his Master of Health Science and Post Graduate Diploma in sports medicine from Otago University and has also a Diploma in Manipulative Therapy. Jon is a member, and has ‘Advanced Practitioner in sports and orthopeadics’ status, of the New Zealand College of Physiotherapy.Since graduating Jon has worked in New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland. For 20 years he ran his own successful private clinic in Napier, New Zealand. Jon has worked with both provincial and national representative sports teams and has toured both nationally and internationally in that capacity. He has represented the profession in New Zealand for many years from provincial through to international levels, including four years as President of Physiotherapy New Zealand from 1996 – 2010, and Chair of The New Zealand College of Physiotherapy. He moved to the USA with his family in October 2011 to join the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, San Diego campus.He is committed to advancing the Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy profession from an educational standpoint through to the public profile level.
