The Texas Workforce Commission has granted a Certificate of Approval for operation of the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program in Austin, Texas. The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is licensed by the Alabama Department of Postsecondary Education and approved by the Alabama Commission on Higher Education.
The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is currently licensed by the Board of Regents of the State of Louisiana. Licenses are renewed by the State Board of Regents every two years. Licensed institutions have met minimal operational standards set forth by the state, but licensure does not constitute accreditation, guarantee the transferability of credit, nor signify that programs are certifiable by any professional agency or organization.
The university is registered with the Maryland Higher Education Commission for its transitional Doctor of Occupational Therapy, transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy, Doctor of Health Science and Doctor of Education degree programs.
