Dr. Boddy is a full time instructor at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She teaches in the neuromuscular curriculum in both the Doctoral of Physical Therapy and Flex programs. She began teaching at the University of St. Augustine as adjunct in 2009.
Dr. Boddy earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology at Ohio University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine. She is a Baord Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy (NCS). Currently she is working on her PhD in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. Her area of research will focus on gait speed in the neurologic population.
Clinically, her experience is in outpatient specializing in the treatment of the adult neuro patient. She also has extensive experience with women’s health, pediatrics and aquatic therapy. She continues to work with patients in the home health setting. Dr. Boddy is an active member of her profession association at the national level.
