Ashleigh Ish has clinical experience in pediatrics, specifically in school-based therapy and early intervention. Prior to joining the University, she was the lead therapist and director for school-based therapy. Ish has worked with a wide range of diagnoses and developmental delays including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and sensory processing challenges. She has spent the majority of her career working on preschool assessment teams within local school districts.

Ish earned a Master of Occupational Therapy in 2013 from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, AZ. She joined the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences’ Dallas, TX campus for the Occupational Therapy Doctoral residential program in May 2021 and transitioned to full-time faculty in August 2021. She is excited to share her knowledge with new generations of occupational therapists.
