Ms. Mallini is a full time instructor at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She teaches in the neuromuscular curriculum in both the Doctoral of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Flex programs.
Ms. Mallini earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Furman University in Greenville, SC and her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Florida. She is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy (NCS).
She has extensive clinical experience and advanced training in the management of the adult neuro patient. She practiced at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital in Jacksonville, FL for the past 7 years. The majority of her time has been spent in the outpatient setting; however, she has experience with inpatient and home health as well. She continues to maintain clinical hours at the Brooks Balance Center managing patients with balance or vestibular dysfunction. Ms. Mallini is an active member of her professional association at the state and national level.
