This information is prepared in cooperation with the local law and state enforcement agencies surrounding our main campus and alternate sites.

The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences Notice of Nondiscrimination and Procedures for Student, Faculty and Staff Reporting of Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Discrimination or other Related Reports.
The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS) does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its education programs and activities. Title IX specifically prohibits discrimination based upon gender.
Students, faculty or staff members who may be subject to sexual misconduct or sexual discrimination in association with university activities may report the incident to the following individuals who have been designated to handle these reports:

Any questions or complaints regarding Title IX may be referred to the Title IX Coordinator or to the Office of Civil Rights.

Note on available resources: If you believe you are the victim of a rape or sexual assault, you can receive assistance immediately by calling your local Police Department (911 if emergency. In addition, if you are a USAHS employee, you have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). You can contact the EAP by Contacting Business Health Services (BHS) at 800-765-3277 or visit online: at www.bhsonline.com (user name: Laureate).
The EAP is a free, "Confidential Resource" at USAHS, which means that all conversations you have will remain confidential and won't initiate any type of investigation into the incident. If you would like to report a sexual assault to the appropriate University Official please contact the Title IX Coordinator, listed above.
