If I apply for admission early will I be considered earlier?
We encourage all applicants to submit their online application as early as possible to allow for timely processing. However, admissions decisions will not be made until after the application deadline has passed, allowing all applicants to meet the deadline.
How do I know if the Admissions Office has received all my application documents?
While submitting application documents, you will be able to monitor what we have received in your application portal. After completing your application, you should receive an email from your enrollment advisor confirming completion. Also, you will see an “Admissions Decision” tab in your application portal, informing you that your application has been submitted for review. If you feel your application is complete, but have not received an email and do not see the “Admissions Decision” tab, please contact your enrollment advisor, or email [email protected]
What if I forgot my password?
1. Go to the Online Application (OLA) sign-in page.
2. Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link and enter your e-mail address in the window that appears. The e-mail address must match the one used initially when starting your application.
3. A link will be sent to your e-mail address.
4. If you do not received the above-mentioned e-mail within 15 minutes, contact your enrollment advisor for assistance.

Which schools, colleges and universities do I need to provide official transcripts from?
University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences requires that official transcripts from ALL of the undergraduate, graduate and professional institutions you attended are submitted.
How can I determine if my transcripts, references and observation hours have been received?
You can monitor the receipt of all your required documents in your application portal under the Application Overview Tab.
How do I apply for Financial Aid/Scholarships?
Financial Aid advisors are available to speak to candidates for general information and scholarship options. Once admitted, students will have an opportunity to meet 1:1 with a Financial Aid officer to finalize a payment plan. Contact a financial aid advisor for more information.

Once I submit my application, how long will it take to hear about Interviews?
Once the application deadline has passed, you will be notified by email within 6-8 weeks. You may be notified later than others if your application is not complete.
How do I submit my reference letters?
When you create a profile and begin your application you will see an area in your application portal where you are able to request your references electronically.

Can I apply to more than one program?
No, you may only apply to one program at a time.
Can I apply to more than one campus?
You must apply to one campus as your primary campus. If you are open to attending other campuses or modalities (such as Flex options), you may notify your Enrollment Advisor of your interest.
How soon after the interview will I hear on my admission status?
If you are admitted into the program, we generally notify candidates within 3- 6 weeks. Occasionally it takes longer if your application is not complete, you are put on the wait list, or you are denied.
Can I apply prior to having my Bachelor’s Degree Conferred?
Yes. You may apply with up to three prerequisite courses in progress, and degree must be completed and conferred prior to the start of classes at the University of St. Augustine. Keep in mind you must provide official transcripts for all prerequisite courses and/or degrees prior to the start of the program.
Can I apply with certain requirements in progress?

You may apply with a maximum of 40 of your Observation Hours in progress. The minimum requirement of 80 hours is due 6 weeks after the deadline.
You may apply with 1 out of the 2 references submitted; which must be a therapist reference. However, we encourage you to submit all references as soon as possible.
How many students apply to each class, and how many are accepted?
We receive 500-1200 +/- applications per admission cycle, across all campuses. Each campus will accept up to 50-70 for DPT, 30-40 for MOT, 30-35 for DPT Flex, 20-25 for MOT Flex.

If I have a conferred Master’s Degree, do I still need to submit GRE scores?
No. GRE Requirement is waived when candidate provides official transcripts from a conferred Master’s level degree.
What is the average GRE score of those accepted to University of St. Augustine?
Average GRE scores (verbal and quantitative combined) are 294-305 on the new scale, with a 4.0 on the writing portion.
