Dr. Pamela Bayliss joined the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences St. Augustine, FL Flex Doctor of Physical Therapy program as an Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education in 2016. Previously she served as a clinician and rehabilitation director across diverse settings including hospital acute care, skilled nursing facilities, home health, outpatient lymphedema therapy, and wound care. She was also a program director for a physical therapist assistant program and served the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education as a commissioner and on-site reviewer.

Dr. Bayliss earned her entry-level Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia Commonwealth University. She then earned a Master of Science in Community Health Education from Old Dominion University and a Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy from Simmons College. Dr. Bayliss is currently working on a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Higher Education–Adult Learning from Walden University.
