Check all application requirements here.
A master’s or clinical doctoral degree is required.
Request transcripts from each higher education institution you’ve attended. Have them emailed or mailed to USAHS.
Obtain a copy of your professional license (if applicable).
- Update your professional resume.
- Write your entrance essay (topic will be provided once you have started the application).
Line up two professional references.
2. Fill Out Your Application
Create an account to begin the free online application on our website.
Under the Admissions Documents tab, follow the directions to upload your license (if applicable), resume, and essay.
Input your references’ contact information.
Click “Submit for Review.” Contact your EA so they can review your application and move it forward to Admissions.
