Alumni Reunion and Family Weekend

The inaugural University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS) Alumni Reunion and Family Weekend will be held Friday, September 15 – Sunday, September 17 on the St. Augustine, FL campus. This celebration is intended to bring together USAHS alumni and their families, along with USAHS students, faculty and staff. We hope you can join us as we share all that makes St. Augustine, the University and the people of USAHS so special.

Friday, September 15
LATE AFTERNOON/EVENING
Registration/Check-in; Family Barbecue (All registered attendees)
Enjoy a festive barbecue celebration with games and activities for the whole family. This will be a fun and festive event to kick off the weekend for all registered attendees.
Saturday, September 16
MORNING
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Participant Continental Breakfast and Check-in (Registered alumni)
Get ready for a morning of learning! Alumni who have registered for the CPE courses today can grab a cup of coffee/tea with a light bite to eat while they check in.
CPE Session I (Registered alumni and faculty)
Choose from one of three tracks. (2 hours, 0.2 CEU)
CPE Session II (Registered alumni and faculty)
Choose from one of three tracks. (2 hours, 0.2 CEU)
EARLY AFTERNOON
Campus Fair and Community Service Activity (All Attendees)
Join in a community impact activity. Student groups, community organizations and local clinics will also be on campus with lots of fun and interactive activities. Plus, grab a hot dog from our food vendor!
Lunch with Keynote and University Update (registered alumni and faculty/staff)
Lunch will be served with the keynote “Shining a Light on USAHS: The Future Is Bright.”
LATE AFTERNOON
FREE TIME
Take this opportunity to catch up with old friends, visit local sites or just stroll beautiful St. Augustine streets and take in the Florida sunshine. We’re working to bring reunion attendees discounts to many area attractions, so stay tuned!
EARLY EVENING
Alumni and Faculty/Staff Reception (registered alumni and faculty/staff; Each alum may bring one guest 21 years of age or older)
Heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served. Enjoy mingling and networking with your fellow alumni, faculty and staff.
Sunday, September 17
LATE MORNING
Breakfast with Faculty (registered alumni and faculty/staff)
This grab’n’go breakfast on the Pavilion with University faculty is the last opportunity to get together during the weekend. Share information with one another, and don’t forget to share your feedback on the app!

USAHS Alumni Association Advisory Board Meeting (alumni )
The USAHS Alumni Association Advisory Board meets two times per year. All alumni are welcome to observe the meeting and witness governance of the USAHS Alumni Association firsthand. Submit all topics or concerns to [email protected] no later than August 25, 2023.
