Laura Bostock began her career as an occupational therapist in 2017, after graduating from the Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) program at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS) San Marcos, CA campus. As a school-based practitioner, she has continued to expand her emphasis on multi-sensory learning approaches, sensory regulation programs, and Learning Without Tears handwriting and keyboarding programs for grade-level students.

In 2017, she also joined the Occupational Therapy faculty team at USAHS, where she teaches Anatomy Applied to Occupation and Clinical Neuroscience in Occupational Therapy courses.

She received the USAHS Board Excellence Award – Student First – in 2022 for recognition of her commitment to the University values, with an emphasis on putting students first. Bostock is currently working on her Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate (PPOTD) with a specialization in Teaching and Learning.
