Safety and Security

The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS) does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its education programs and activities. Title IX specifically prohibits discrimination based upon gender.  

Students, faculty or staff members who may be subject to sexual misconduct or sexual discrimination in association with university activities may report the incident to the following individuals who have been designated to handle these reports:

In addition, if you are a USAHS employee, you have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is a free, "Confidential Resource" at USAHS, which means that all conversations you have will remain confidential and won't initiate any type of investigation into the incident. If you would like to report a sexual assault to the appropriate University Official please contact the Title IX Coordinator, listed above.
