Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Enrolling in and attending our continuing education seminars qualifies the therapist for a certificate of attendance which confers continuing education units. These CEUs are accepted by most state licensing bodies toward maintaining professional licensure.

Seminar Approvals/Accreditation
The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences has been accredited as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 1760 Old Meadow Road, Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102.  In obtaining this approval, the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard which is widely recognized as the Standard of good practice internationally.  As a result of their Authorized Provider accreditation status, the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standard.

University seminars meet licensure requirements for Florida licensed Physical and Occupational therapists.

Seminar Availability
Seminars are held nationwide, according to interest. Schedules are completed a year in advance and are advertised widely in physical therapy and occupational therapy publications.

Eligibility
Physical therapists who are members or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association may attend the University's seminars. Specified seminars are open to occupational therapists, occupational therapist assistants, and physical therapist assistants.

Registration-Discount Policy
Team Discount - Two or more persons from the same facility, registering for the same seminar at the same time, receive a 10% discount at the time of registration. Advance notice and full payment required, does not apply after the 1st day of a seminar. Multiple Seminar Discount - Register and pay in full for two or more seminars at the same time and receive a 10% discount. Audit Seminar Discount - Register and pay in full for a seminar previously attended/completed and receive a 25% discount.  Above discounts may not be combined with any other discounts or previous registrations.
