Step 2: Official Transcripts:
MSN Applicants – We require official transcripts from all academic institutions attended. Special consideration is given to these five courses:

Pathophysiology
Microbiology
Physical Assessment
Pharmacology
BSN to DNP Applicants – We require official transcripts from all academic institutions attended. Special consideration is given to these five courses:

MSN to DNP Applicants – We require your MSN official transcript. If your transcript does not provide the number of practica hours you completed in your MSN program you will need to submit an official Verification of Precepted Practica Hours form (VOPPH).
Foreign Applicants – If you have graduated with your BSN degree outside US, please contact Enrollment Advisor for further instructions on how to start your NACES

Step 3: RN – Registered Nurse License – Evidence of an unrestricted/unencumbered registered nurse (RN) license in the state of residence. Please use Nursys – National Database to pull a copy of your nursing license and attach this to your application.
Step 6: Two professional references. Preferably one who is a nurse supervisor and one a nurse educator. References are requested electronically. Please include their title when you input their name. You will have an option to list names, titles and contact information for your select recipients under the ‘Admissions Documents’ section in your online application.
