University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is pleased to offer post-professional students, alumni and their guests an opportunity to attend an international educational trip to Italy scheduled for April 6-15, 2019 (April 6th and 15th are travel days).
This immersive experience will survey ancient health delivery methods, comparative health systems, traditional health models, and health economics of this country.
Students interested in attending will receive 3-credit hours toward a course upon the successful completion of the trip and required coursework. The majority of the students will register for IPE 7421 (Interprofessional Approaches to Regional and Global Population Health) for the Spring 2019 term; however, there are some exceptions. Please contact your Academic Advisor to determine which course is appropriate for registration. **The course tuition is not included in the cost of the trip. Please see attached document for details of the trip and payment schedule.
Note: This immersive experience is considered an educational immersion. All students, alumni, and guests are considered representatives of the university and therefore professional behavior is expected at all times.
