Dr. Eryn Jayatilaka (formerly Dr. Tracy) earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alabama in 2016 and went on to receive her Occupational Therapy Doctorate in 2019 from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She began her career working in the Medical, Burn, and COVID ICUs at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. Since moving to Dallas in 2021, Dr. Jayatilaka has worked across a variety of settings, including acute and post-acute care, with a concentration on adult rehabilitation. For four years, she worked at a transitional/day neuro clinic focusing on brain injury and stroke recovery. She is a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist, a Certified Brain Injury Specialist, and holds a certification in LSVT-BIG. Dr. Jayatilaka joined the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (Dallas campus) in the Fall of 2025 as a Faculty Lab Instructor. She transitioned to Core Faculty as an Instructor for the Summer 2026 semester. Dr. Jayatilaka brings a collaborative and enthusiastic approach to the classroom and looks forward to supporting students in their growth as future clinicians.
