Dr. Katie Lynch-Bronson is a physical therapist and educator with a passion for advancing student learning and professional development in physical therapy education. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and has developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, with clinical interests in sports physical therapy, concussion, and hip injuries.

Dr. Lynch-Bronson brings a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to both clinical practice and teaching, emphasizing critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and real-world application. In her role as a faculty member, she is committed to creating engaging and inclusive learning environments that support student success. She has a particular interest in authentic assessment design, ensuring that evaluation methods accurately reflect student competence and prepare learners for the demands of contemporary clinical practice.

Prior to her academic role, Dr. Lynch-Bronson served as Residency Director at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation, where she led program development, curriculum design, and mentorship of developing clinicians. She also served as Coordinator of Rehabilitation at Colorado College, overseeing rehabilitation services and supporting the health and performance of collegiate athletes.

Her professional interests include residency education, program development, and mentorship of students and early-career clinicians. Through her work, Dr. Lynch-Bronson strives to develop competent, compassionate physical therapists prepared to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
