Research Interests

Physical therapists' comfort, knowledge, and clinical practice of menopause

Dr. Clover Farr graduated from Northwestern University in 1998 with her Master of Physical Therapy. She spent over 15 years in full-time outpatient orthopedics, specializing in spine, workers’ compensation, and manual therapy. She earned her OCS from APTA and CMPT from NAIOMT. She spent the last 10 years working in various Home Health Agencies in North County, San Diego, and seeing private patients. She has been teaching as a contributing faculty member and a faculty lab instructor at the University of St. Augustine, Health Sciences DPT program in San Marcos, CA, since 2016. She received her DHSc from the University of the Pacific in 2025. She is conducting research on the comfort and knowledge of physical therapists regarding menopause.

Dr. Farr is now an assistant professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where she holds the role of Associate Director of Clinical Education for the San Marcos DPT residential program.
