These simplified admission guidelines are designed to help you easily navigate the application process so you can complete your application in a timely, efficient way. Select your program of interest below to learn how to submit your application and reduce possible delays in its review.

1. Before you apply

Check all admission requirements here.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in OT from an accredited institution is required.

Request transcripts from each higher education institution you’ve attended. Have them emailed or mailed to USAHS.

Obtain a copy of your OT license OR make sure you are eligible for licensing OR have a minimum of 1 year’s experience as an OT. Graduates of the USAHS MOT program may enter the PPOTD program without a license, but they must be licensed and employed as an OT by the second term of the program.

2. Fill Out Your Application

Create an account to begin the free online application on our website.

Under the Admissions Documents tab, follow the directions to supply required documentation.

Input your references’ contact information.

Click “Submit for Review.” Contact your EA so they can review your application and move it forward to Admissions.
