Dr. Jasper graduated from Universidad de Sta. Isabel, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy from AT Still University (ATSU). She received her Doctor of Philosophy in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Her doctoral work was focused on the impact of prescribed walking in older adults with dizziness.

Dr. Jasper has more than 10 years of clinical experience, including neurologic physical therapy. Prior to joining the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, she was a Senior Clinician for Advent Health Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.

She is a Geriatric Certified Specialist, Neurologic Certified Specialist, Certified Competent in Vestibular Rehabilitation, APTA Advanced Clinical Instructor, Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults (CEEAA), Certified LSVT Big for Parkinson, Certified clinician for Balance Based Torso Weighting (BBTW) for ataxia, ImPACT Trained Physical Therapist, Certified in Evidence-based Concussion and Certified in OTAGO fall prevention, telehealth, high intensity gait training and dementia practitioner.

Dr. Jasper served as the Academic Education Committee chair for the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy, Florida Physical Therapy Association Neurologic SIG (FPTA NeuroSIG) secretary, and FPTA NeuroSIG Evidence-based Document committee chair. She was also a member of the APTA Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy (ANPT) CSM Programming committee and the Guide to Physical Therapy Revision work group. She is currently the GeriEDGE Committee Chair for the American Physical Therapy Associate (APTA) Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy.
