Sheena Estalilla is a certified neuro specialist and brings extensive clinical experience in the acute care setting, with particular expertise in traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological rehabilitation and early mobilization in the intensive care unit.

With a strong commitment to advancing clinical education, Estalilla has presented at the Florida Occupational Therapy Association conference and has been involved in providing continuing education courses for fieldwork educators. She also developed best practices for early mobility interventions in critical care environments.

Estalilla earned her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2009 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Columbia International University. She joined the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences as a contributing faculty member in 2018 and transitioned to a full-time faculty role in 2025.
