Dr. Meredith (Parry) Cadra is a University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences alumni, where she earned her Doctor of Education with dissertation research surrounding interprofessional education and collaboration in 2017. She completed her Undergraduate and Master of Science degrees in Athletic Training and Movement Science/Biomechanics of Injury from Barry University in 2009/2010.

Dr. Cadra takes pride in bringing her knowledge and expertise as a USAHS alumni to the virtual classroom. Her professional career includes clinical fieldwork as a Head Athletic Trainer at St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida from 2009 – 2017, clinical outreach services for youth sports programs throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County, and in higher education in CAATE accredited Professional Athletic Training Education Programs.

Dr. Cadra also possesses a strong passion for health, wellness, and fitness, which is why she is also certified as a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Crossfit Level 2 Coach.

Dr. Cadra currently resides in Santa Clarita, California with her husband and three daughters, where she currently serves as a per diem Athletic Trainer for William S. Hart School District and adjunct professor of Sport Medicine at College of the Canyons.
