Mitchell (Mitch) Perez, PT, DPT

Dr. Mitchell Perez received his Master of Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2006 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2018. Dr. Perez has been a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist since 2012 and completed a manual therapy certification program through the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2008.

Dr. Perez joined the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2018 working primarily in musculoskeletal courses. He has worked clinically in the general orthopedic and sports medicine setting since 2007. Special interests include treatment of tendon pathology, mechano-transduction, movement dysfunction and corrective exercises.
