Sally Ouimet Waters is a Clinical Coordinator for the University of St. Augustine Health Sciences Master of Speech-Language Pathology program on the St. Augustine, FL campus. Her clinical experience has focused on acute care, including management of communication and swallowing needs for the ICU patient population, as well as adult outpatient rehabilitation.
Her areas of interest include interprofessional practice, tracheostomy, dysphagia rehabilitation, head and neck cancer, and rehabilitation of neurogenic cognitive/communication disorders. She is passionate about clinical education and supervision, and providing supportive mentorship to new clinicians entering the field of speech-language pathology.
Waters joined the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in April 2025.
