At a key transition point in their studies, occupational therapy students across all USAHS campuses participate in a meaningful ritual, witnessed by family and friends. The OT pinning ceremony marks the end of the classroom portion of their studies and the beginning of their fieldwork. For Residential MOT and OTD students, this happens in their fourth term, and for Flex, in the seventh term.

BACKGROUND
Dr. Eberle brings more than 15 years of clinical and instructional experience to the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Past experiences include serving as a faculty member at Ola Grimbsby Institute in Taylorsville, UT, and Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and as a physical therapist at Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute, Highlite Homecare and Healthsouth Outpatient Rehabilitation.
Dr. Eberle has volunteered as part of medical missions to Peru from 2006 to 2014. He is the director for the South East District of the Florida Physical Therapy Association (FPTA) and an active Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). He also sits on the board of directors of the Automobile Insurance Fraud Strike Force.
Dr. Eberle has published an orthopedic manual for the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic pathologies, is published in several medical journals, is certified in Kinematic Taping, and presents research and educational seminars nationally and internationally. He completed the Orthopedic Fellowship program for the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT) through the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2006.
