Alumni Networking Sites

Stay current with career trends, jobs and more! The USAHS Alumni Association has taken a new direction with its social media accounts. We invite all alumni to join us on the public USAHS Alumni LinkedIn page.

  • LinkedIn provides a forum for posting career-related information including job postings, career-building advice and stories/information from others sharing career highights and milestones.
  • Any USAHS alumni, employee or clinical/community partner can join.

Our alumni can join private groups to connect, network, learn, share ideas and build community. We will review member requests within 24-48 hours. If you have questions, or if you are finding your member request has not been approved, please contact [email protected].

USAHS Career Fairs

USAHS Career Fairs

Alumni are invited to participate in all USAHS career fairs either as a job seeker or recruiter. Each USAHS campus will host an in-person Career Fair in 2026.

All career fairs will be actively promoted on Handshake, the University’s dedicated platform for career services. To make the most of these events, Career Services is asking students and alumni to register on Handshake. This ensures a streamlined and efficient process for participation. Have questions?   • Keep yourself updated on current topics with our CEU offerings. USAHS alumni receive discounts on accredited continuing education. Earn CEUs that you may be able to apply toward the licensure requirements in your profession. Find out more …   and then email [email protected] for discount code.
  • In addition, USAHS/continuing-professional-education/ alumni can attend regular, complimentary webcasts as part of the alumni CPE series. Contact [email protected] for your discount code to receive free registration. Email invitations are also sent to alumni, so ensure your email address with USAHS is up to date to ensure you receive. Watch here for 2026 sessions.

 

Introducing Alumni Chapters:

The USAHS Alumni Association is excited to announce the introduction of Alumni Association chapters to engage alumni regionally.

  • Our Miami, FL chapter is guided by alumni Dr. Klaus Blandon (DPT ’20) and Dr. Karl Bourne (DPT ’21) . To learn more, contact [email protected].
  • Our Atlanta, GA chapter is guided by alum Dr. Sam Chukwuma (DPT ’18). To learn more, contact [email protected].
  • Our chapter in San Diego, CA has launched. If you are interested in helping lead this group, please contact [email protected].
  • We are launching a chapter in Austin, TX. If you are interested in helping lead this group, please contact [email protected].
  • If you are interested in leading an Alumni Association chapter in another area, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Networking Events:

Part of the USAHS alumni engagement program is to offer networking activities and events, including on-campus reunions, conference events and volunteer service opportunities. As these become available, we will share here and through our alumni communication channels.

  • Thursday, February 12, 2026, USAHS will host an Alumni and Faculty Reception during the APTA-CSM Conference in Anaheim, CA. Join us at Paseo Restaurant in Downtown Disney (1580 Disneyland Dr., Anaheim) from 5:30-7:30 PM PT. Register at https://forms.gle/VjPVuCaMwen99NXB9
  • Friday, March 20, 2026, USAHS will host an event with PRNPT on our San Marcos, CA campus. This event will be open to all alumni, employees, students and their guests. Register to attend at https://forms.gle/VjPVuCaMwen99NXB9.
  • Thursday, April 23, 2026, USAHS will be at AOTA Inspire in Anaheim, CA. Join us at Paseo in Downtown Disney, 5:30-7:30 PM PT. Stay tuned for registration information.

Alumni Reunion and Family Weekend

We are excited to announce the next Alumni Reunion & Family Weekend will be held April 10-11, 2026, in Austin, TX. Plannedactivities include:

  • Continuing professional education sessions—if there is anything in particular you would like us to offer, please let us know now!
  • Austin campus fair with student organizations, clinical and community partners, campus departments and free food!
  • Kick-off barbecue event—you know in Texas this is going to be special!
  • Reunion group and other opportunities for socializing with your fellow alumni and faculty.
