These simplified admission guidelines are designed to help you easily navigate the application process so you can complete your application in a timely, efficient way. Select your program of interest below to learn how to submit your application and reduce possible delays in its review.

1. Before you apply

Check all admission requirements here.
A master’s degree is required.

Request transcripts from each higher education institution you’ve attended. Have them emailed or mailed to USAHS.

Obtain a copy of your PT license.

  • Update your professional resume.
  • Write your entrance essay (topic will be provided once you have started the application).

Line up two professional references.

2. Fill Out Your Application

To apply, visit the RF-PTCAS website.

Under the Admissions Documents tab, follow the directions to upload your PT license, resume, photo, and essay.

Input your references’ contact information.

Click “Submit for Review.” Contact your EA so they can review your application and move it forward to Admissions.
