Caitlin Boyd has more than five years’ clinical experience in adult rehabilitation focusing on acquired brain injury and community reintegration.
Caitlin Boyd has more than five years of clinical experience in adult rehabilitation, with a focus on acquired brain injury and community reintegration.
Prior to joining the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2023, Boyd worked in inpatient and outpatient clinical settings as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. She has experience in outpatient orthopedics treating various diagnoses in older adults. Boyd has conducted research exploring the effects of a 12-channel functional electrical stimulation machine on the hemiparetic upper extremity of first-time stroke survivors.
Caitlin Boyd completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2014 and Master of Occupational Therapy in 2017, both from the University of Missouri.
